Erm yeah thanks Dell!

My laptop is right about one year old and decides to break down again. My friends who have been listening to my rants a couple of months ago and again now can vouch for the poor quality. In a time span of one year, several formats (thanks for wrong diagnosis), a new (or refurbished) screen, and a new (or refurbished) motherboard, I am done with Dell. My next laptop will be a reliable brand that does not cause this much problems. Sad to say, after a couple of years as a loyal Dell supporter, I am done!

And I should not be expected to upgrade/extend warranty because of the substandard quality. You should be providing a quality product that does not require extended warranty! I am done!

Gifts for the Home, Love Lis

I checked the mail today and saw this notice from the Post Office asking me to pick a package up. I was surprised because I haven't bought anything online recently (what a shocker!). So I headed straight to the PO all excited and wondering what it was. The guy brought a large package and I was more surprised. After staring at it for a while, I realised it must have been Lis who bought me something. True enough, it was LIS! Hahaha! Yes, these sweetly scented soaps filled my new home with sweetness immediately. Thank you, Lis, for my wonderful soap. Thank you also for remembering that I love green tea. :D Lastly, thank you innerearthsoaps.etsy.com for making these wonderful soaps and packaging them up so pretty.

New packaging

We have new packaging! Now all pieces are put in little ziploc bags to prevent tarnishing. The pieces are wrapped in gorgeous handmade tissue paper and a tiny bow is the finishing touch. We hope you like the new packaging as much as we like it.
